By submitting this form I hereby release the Birmingham Metro Alumni Association of Pi Kappa Alpha (BMAA of Pi K A) and its officers from any and all claims, actions and liabilities that may occur due to my participation in the Pike Open golf tournament. I also release the BMAA of Pi K A and its officers from responsibility for any any loss of or damage to property that may occur during my participation in the Pike Open and accept full and sole responsibility for my own property and actions.
